End of the Summer Blitz.
Family Fun Day

 

We hope to see all of our students at Family Fun Day at Blue Ball Park on Sunday, September 7. The day will begin with a chanbara competition. During the month of August students practiced the tanbo and shoto kata and application. This competition will give them the chance to apply their lessons and skills, plus have a lot of fun! Adults and youths are welcome to compete.

 We hope to serve food between 12:30 and 1:00. We will provide hot dogs and drinks. We are asking students to bring a potluck dish to share. Students earned lots of raffle tickets during the summer and after lunch we will hold the drawing for the many prizes we have. And we have a ton of great prizes. Who is going to win the Grand Prize, a Wii system? Students do not need to be present to win, however, there is something to be said to receive your prize in person, right after your ticket is drawn! Following the drawing students can socialize and play games. We will wrap up the official Family Fun Day at 3:00 but families are welcome stay and enjoy the park. (Parents, please arrange to pick up your kids or have supervision for them after 3:00 since our staff will be leaving at 3:00).
